Git HTTPS Proxy

用法：把目标 git host 写进路径第一段

git clone https://git.tjx018.de5.net/github.com/octocat/Hello-World.git
git clone https://git.tjx018.de5.net/gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape.git

当前允许的目标 host：github.com / gitlab.com / bitbucket.org / gitea.com / gitee.com / codeberg.org / git.sr.ht

仅代理 HTTPS；SSH (git@...) 不走代理。
